This fabric was designed using an original hand screen print of apoptosis cells.

Apoptosis is the death of cells which occurs as a normal and controlled part of an organism’s growth or development.

She explores connections between art and science, creating distinctive responses to original images of scientific research provided by scientists from the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Matrix Research at The University of Manchester. 

Her unique fabric designs incorporate both hand printed and digital processes and are printed onto velvet and satin cotton fabric in the UK.  

 

DIMENSIONS: 135cm x 100cm per metre as pictured.  The design is in repeat and comes as one continuous piece of fabric regardless of how many metres you order

CARE: Wash on delicate machine cycle at 30 degrees, iron on a medium heat, print side down, do not dry clean
